2017 Is Coming

I know it is not time to celebrate New Year yet! But the new 2017 is coming very soon. It is the right time to start thinking and reflecting about our life moving forward. Grab pen and journal and start planning about your life. Time to reflect; what went right and what not?
What are the five key areas of your life? for me ; Religion, Health, Family, Career and Wealth. For you may be different. How are you doing for each part of that life? What you want to continue? What to stop? What to minimize and What to start?
What are your career mantra for 2017? How many books you want to read? What topics? for me, next year I want to flood my brain about financial knowledge. I am listing out minimum  25 books on this subject for me to read in 2017!

If there is one magazine that I would recommend is surely Success Magazine that would come out first. It may be aligned with my interest ; personal development. I have been following this magazine for years now. From the hard copy version to now digital. Somehow this publication has some impacts in my life both ; personally and professionally. Grant Cardone is my favourite author. Being bbsessed or being average
is his latest book. Based on table of contents, this book is full of great
practical wisdoms. Cannot wait to add this book to my latest collection.

When Your Life Sucks

Adversity...Failure..or whatever that comes to you not the way you like it may have tremendous effects to your life. We  are human and bad things happen to us. The life skill in handling these so called adversity is very crucial. I personally had experienced this a lot. Three Selected Books For This Month

There are three subject matters that I want to master in a very new distance. They are Selling, Resilience and Storytelling. Why these topics? I believe these three skills are crucial for my career success. Best way for achieve this goal is through reading. And the best place to find great books are at amazon.com The first book for the topic of selling is this one;

I have following this author for more than 2 years now and really wish he come out with a book. Finally he did and just published his first book this month. Those in sales, this book is a must and the title is as good as the content!.

Next one is Resilience which frankly I came across the idea to master this matter after listening to a podcast to one of my leadership guru ; Bregman when he interviewed one of experts in this Resilience topic. I surved the amazon and found that the content of this book is great. I put in the list as my next reading for this topic;

The last one is Storytelling. This skill is important especially if you are a Leaders. I also surveyed a lot of books on this topic and this one seems to stand out. Definitely will buy and read it one day.
